Is it ok to workout while your hungry?

and after just playing basketball for 2 hrs
Answer:
No. You should eat like a light snack or something. I don't think you can concentrate well if you are very hungry. Though it is not advised to workout just after a full meal.
no lol, u gonna feed ur self till ur explode, then work out and lose the fat
If your hungry, then your lacking nutrients..
Your body needs those nutrients to do any work.

It is a good idea to get a bite to eat, you'll keep your body in stable condition.
