Is it true that the essence of manhood is to support a family?or is it something else?

Answer:
You have a good question. First of all one might say that the "essence of manhood" is to have a family. If a man doesn't support one - that could be for different reasons. However, there has been instances where "real" men never had families, and yet that didn't make them less men. such as for example warriors, or people of religion.
What a cute story! It is a whole lot more...this sounds like something a church would come out swinging with.
Nonsense, manhood is leaving something behind you can be proud of. If it is a family that loved you then great! but not the only essence of manhood
What a coincidence, I happen to be wearing "essence of manhood" cologne today.
If women want equal rights/pay yada yada why is it the mans responsibility to support a family? shouldn't it be an equal split?
Gets complicated. The essence of manhood is to have a family. We take it another strp forward to suggest that the fullfillment of his manly role is to support the family he made.
