Is it possible.?

is it possible to have ONLY Abs....
i mean is it absolutely neccessary to do a full body-building workout(abs, biceps,back etc...)....to get good abs..
Answer:
nope its not absoluetly necessary to full body workouts to get good abs, u can just focus on exercises that target ur abs. however the other stuff (biceps, back,etc) do work ur abs in some way by strenghtening ur core muscles.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
I think a lot of people are going to lie to you here..unfortunately, no, there is no easy answer here. If it were possible to just have ripped abs, everyone would have that. You have to have a full body routine AS WELL AS movements for your abs. YOu can do MORE ab work than in other areas but you will have to do your whole body..
