Not everyone who is the same weight looks the same. One overweight person might have man boobs and chicken legs, the other might have a massive waist and backside. You see what im getting at?

If you are overweight and you lose weight, the penis will probably look bigger because there is less fat blocking it from being seen. There is definitely no amount that it will certainly grow.

Remember, the penis is an organ. Losing weight will not increase its size, nothing will increase its size.

I doubt it. Penis size is more about genetics than fat. If you are very fat then yes your penis will seem smaller because of all the pubic fat surrounding it. Loose weight and you loose pubic fat surrounding your penis therefor making it seem longer. As far as I know, the penis does not have fat so it doesn't change with weight gain or loss.
